Justiniano Posse
Justiniano (born Josue Rivera) is an American comic book artist. His work includes the ''Doctor Fate'' feature in the 8-issue ''Countdown'' spin-off ''Countdown to Mystery'' miniseries (with the late writer Steve Gerber) from DC Comics, ''Evil Ernie'', ''Chastity'' and ''The Omen'' for Chaos! Comics and ''The Titans'', ''The Flash'', ''Beast Boy'', ''The Human Race'', ''Day of Vengeance'', '' The Creeper'' and '' 52'' for DC. He has worked with writers Brian Pulido, Geoff Johns, Ben Raab, Bill Willingham and Steve Niles. Justiniano has done artwork on such DC titles as ''The Human Race'', ''Beast Boy'' and ''Day of Vengeance''. He worked on ''Chastity'' and ''The Omen'' at Chaos Comics, as well as some issues of ''Incredible Hulk'' at Marvel. He lives and works in Connecticut. The New York Comic Con is an annual New York City fan convention dedicated to Western comics, graphic novels, anime, manga, video games, cosplay, toys, movies, and television. It was first held in 2006. Steve Niles
Steve Niles (born June 21, 1965) is an American comic book author and novelist, known for works such as '' 30 Days of Night'', '' Criminal Macabre: A Cal McDonald Mystery'', ''Simon Dark'', ''Mystery Society'', and '' Batman: Gotham County Line''. He is credited among other contemporary writers as bringing horror comics back to prominence. Early life Niles was born in Jackson, New Jersey on June 21, 1965. He was raised in the Washington, D.C. suburbs, developing various creative interests in music, writing, and making amateur films. He worked in several comic book stores and played in the punk bands Gray Matter and Three, both of which released records on Dischord Records label in the 1980s and 1990s. ''Star Spangled War Stories'' was the title of a comics anthology published by DC Comics that featured war-themed characters and stories. The Spirit
The Spirit is a fictional masked crimefighter created by cartoonist Will Eisner. He first appeared June 2, 1940, as the main feature of a 16-page, tabloid (paper size), tabloid-sized, newsprint comic book insert distributed in the Sunday edition of Register and Tribune Syndicate newspapers; it was ultimately carried by 20 Sunday newspapers, with a combined circulation of five million copies during the 1940s. "The Spirit Section", as the insert was popularly known, continued until October 5, 1952. It generally included two other four-page strips (initially ''Mr. Mystic'' and ''Lady Luck (comics), Lady Luck''), plus filler material. ''Reign in Hell'' is a 2008-2009 comic book Limited series (comics), miniseries written by Keith Giffen, pencilled by Thomas Derenick, inked by Bill Sienkiewicz and published by DC Comics. The title is a reference to a line spoken by Lucifer in John Milton's epic poem ''Paradise Lost'': ''"Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven"''. Justice Leagues
Justice Leagues was a storyline which ran through six one-shot comics published in 2001 by DC Comics, which introduced a revamped Justice League of America. In the arc, alien invaders, working through a human-seeming agent known as the "Advance Man", used Hector Hammond, a telepathic supervillain, to cause the world to forget the existence of the Justice League of America. Shogun Of Steel
, officially , was the title of the military dictatorship, military dictators of Japan during most of the period spanning from 1185 to 1868. Nominally appointed by the Emperor of Japan, Emperor, shoguns were usually the de facto rulers of the country, though during part of the Kamakura period, shoguns were themselves figureheads, with real power in hands of the Shikken of the Hōjō clan. The office of shogun was in practice hereditary, though over the course of the history of Japan several different clans held the position.
