Justine Ludwig
Justine Ludwig is a director, curator, and writer. She is the Executive Director of Creative Time. Her research interests include the intersections of aesthetics and architecture, violence, economics, and globalization. Education Ludwig has an MA in Global Arts from Goldsmiths University of London and a BA in Art with a concentration in Art History from Colby College. Career Ludwig currently is the Executive Director at Creative Time. She was responsible for catalyzing the organization's Emerging Artist Open Call program, which invites emerging artists from New York City to work with Creative Time to realize their first exhibition in the public realm. Creative Time
Creative Time is a New York-based nonprofit arts organization. It was founded in 1974 to support the creation of innovative, site-specific, socially engaged artworks in the public realm, particularly in vacant spaces of historical and architectural interest. History Creative Time came to life amidst the deterioration of New York City's infrastructure and social fabric, combined with the mission of the newly established National Endowment for the Arts to promote the role of artists in a democratic society and introduce new audiences to contemporary art. Rose Art Museum
The Rose Art Museum, founded in 1961, is a part of Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, US. Named after benefactors Edward and Bertha Rose, it offers temporary exhibitions, and it displays and houses works of art from the permanent collection of 9,000 objects. Anila Quayyum Agha (born 1965, in Lahore, Pakistan) is a Pakistani–American cross-disciplinary artist. Ambreen Butt (born 1969) is a Boston-based Pakistani United States, American artist best known for her drawings, paintings, prints, and collages, and has been recognized for her labor intensive, painted self-portraits that portray feminist and political ideas through traditional Persian art. Kiki Smith (born January 18, 1954) is a West German-born American artist whose work has addressed the themes of sex, birth and regeneration. Established in 1950, the List Visual Arts Center (LVAC) is the contemporary art museum of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
