Justincase (album)
Justincase was an American alternative-pop band from Charlotte, North Carolina, best known for their 2002 single "Don't Cry for Us", which was co-written by Michelle Branch, who was one of the band's early champions. Consisting of teen siblings Hannah, Justin, and Nick Tosco, the band was signed to Maverick Records. Justin was lead vocalist and guitarist as well as principal songwriter. ''Open House Party'' (often referred to as "OHP") is an American radio show hosted by Kannon (Saturday) and Joe Breezy (Sunday), branded as "The Biggest Party on the Planet!", playing contemporary hit radio, contemporary hit music. From its inception in September 1987, OHP quickly became popular with its live all-request format, along with a heavy rotation of dance music and remixes that differentiated itself from most Top 40 stations or shows. John Garabedian created and hosted both Saturday and Sunday nights for nearly 30 years. The show's audience and revenue peaked from the mid 1990's to late 2000's, where it was heard on over 175 stations and became the world's most-listened-to radio program on weekend nights. John Shanks
John Matthew Shanks (born December 18, 1964) is an American songwriter, record producer and guitarist. Early life and education John Matthew Shanks was born in New York City. Shanks moved to Los Angeles when he was 17 years old. He was in a band called Line One with future author Bret Easton Ellis. Career Shanks began playing in Melissa Etheridge's band in 1988 and toured with her for several years. Shanks enjoyed his first writing success in the early 1990s with tracks for Bonnie Raitt, Joe Cocker and Tuck & Patti. He also landed his first publishing deal. Shanks reunited with Etheridge in 1995 when he collaborated with her on songs for ''Your Little Secret''.
