Triple 8 (a.k.a. 888) were a five-piece then four-piece British boy band, who were signed to Polydor Records and Osmosis Records. The group were promoted as the British equivalent of NSYNC, and rivals to manufactured boy bands such as Westlife and A1. The group had three successful singles: "Knockout" " Give Me a Reason" " Good 2 Go", which charted at number 8,9 & 2 (independent chart) respectively in the UK Singles Chart. The group parted company with their record label polydor in 2003, leaving their album, ''Heavy W8'', unreleased. In 2004, they reformed with new member Stewart Macintosh, and released a third single, "Good 2 Go", which reached number 2 UK Indie chart. McIntosh replaced Iain James Farquharson. The group appeared once in CITV's children game show '' Jungle Run'' on special Christmas episode in 2003. Justin Scott is an American novelist. Scott sometimes uses the pseudonyms Paul Garrison and J. S. Blazer. Early life Scott was born in Manhattan, New York City, New York, U.S. Scott's father was A. Leslie Scott, a novelist. Scott's mother, Lily K. Scott, was also a novelist. Scott grew up on Long Island's Great South Bay. His sister, Alison Scott Skelton, is also a novelist. Career Scott has written fourteen books under his own name, including the Ben Abbott Mystery series. He has written seven books under the pseudonym Paul Garrison and two under the pseudonym J. S.
