Justin Robinson (born October 12, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the Illawarra Hawks of the National Basketball League (NBL). He played college basketball for the Virginia Tech Hokies. Early life and high school career Robinson grew up in Manassas, Virginia. As a child, his family held season tickets for the Washington Wizards. He originally attended Montrose Christian School in Rockville, Maryland, playing basketball mostly as a reserve player and was a teammate of future NBA player Justin Anderson. He transferred to St. James School, Maryland before his junior year following the resignation of Montrose Christian's head coach, Stu Vetter. He immediately became a starter at St. James and averaged 13 points and six assists per game in his junior season. The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. 2017–18 Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Basketball Season
The 2017–18 Atlantic Coast Conference men's basketball season began with practices in October 2017, followed by the start of the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season in November. Conference play started in late December 2017 and concluded in March with the 2018 ACC men's basketball tournament at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The Virginia Cavaliers won an outright regular season championship, their third in five years under the guidance of Tony Bennett, who also received his third ACC Coach of the Year Award. He also became the only living three-time winner of the Henry Iba Award for national coach of the year. The Cavaliers finished 17–1 in the conference, finishing four games above second-place Duke. The Providence Friars men's basketball team represents Providence College in NCAA Division I competition. Justin Lamar Anderson (born November 19, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Virginia Cavaliers before being selected with the 21st overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft by the Dallas Mavericks.
