Justin Jules
Justin Jules (born 20 September 1986) is a French professional road bicycle racer, who most recently rode for UCI ProTeam . Personal life Born in Sartrouville, he is the son of Pascal Jules, a professional cyclist who was active during the 1980s – achieving one Tour de France stage victory in 1984 – who died in a road traffic accident when Justin was just over a year old. In 2008, Jules was sentenced to three years in prison for the manslaughter of his step-father in 2004. The sentence had been reduced due to a complicated upbringing and his step-father's troubles with alcoholism. Career Jules has competed as a professional since the start of the 2011 season, as the team he had joined from the Vendée U-Pays de la Loire team, successfully became a Continental team. Jules achieved his first professional victory at the 2011 Tour of Hainan, when he won the first stage of the race, and held the overall race lead for a week. Samuel Dumoulin (born 20 August 1980) is a French former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2002 and 2019 for the , and teams. He now works as a directeur sportif for UCI ProTeam . Career Dumoulin rode as an amateur for the TCCT (Tonic cyclo club of Ternay). He won the national youth championship in 1996, then the ''espoir'' (young professional) Paris–Tours and Paris-Auxerre in 2001. He dropped out of the 2004 Tour de France when he crashed after hitting a dog. Recovery took him four months and he did not race for the rest of the season. In 2008 he won the third stage after a breakaway of nearly , beating Will Frischkorn and Romain Feillu. Tour d'Azerbaïdjan was a 2.1 multi-stage bicycle race of the UCI Europe Tour, which took place in Azerbaijan around May between 2012 and 2017.
