Justin James (musician)
Justin James is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Vancouver, British Columbia. He released his first studio album, ''Sun Drenched'', in 2007 on Universal. The title track "California" was featured in MTV's '' Laguna Beach'' and '' The Hills''. Other songs off the album gained recognition from placements on network shows '' What About Brian'', ''Ghost Whisperer'', ''Starter Wife'', '' Las Vegas'', and others. His song "Love Me More" was used in the highly successful Korean TV drama '' Iris''. James released his second studio album, ''Perfect Sometimes'', in 2010, with arrangements and production from Andrew Williams and a writing team of James, Ben Greet, and Al Howard behind most of the album's tracks. "A Beautiful Life", James' third studio album, was released in 2011 and earned him a spot on Lemonade Entertainment Magazine's "2012 Male Breakout Artists" list. The Viper Room
The Viper Room is a nightclub and live music venue located on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California, United States. It was established as The Viper Room in 1993 and was partly owned by actor Johnny Depp. The other part owner was Sal Jenco who starred in ''21 Jump Street'' with Depp. The club became known for being a hangout of the young Hollywood elite, and was the site where actor River Phoenix died of a drug overdose on the night before Halloween in 1993. In early 1995, Australian singer and actor Jason Donovan suffered a drug-induced seizure at the club, but survived. All Hands Volunteers
All Hands and Hearts (AHAH) is a U.S. 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The organization's current structure formed in late 2017, when two existing nonprofits, All Hands Volunteers and Happy Hearts Fund merged to become All Hands and Hearts. All Hands Volunteers was founded in September 2005 by philanthropist and businessman David Campbell to provide relief to residents in areas affected by natural disasters worldwide. Happy Hearts Fund, founded by philanthropist and supermodel, Petra Němcová, sought a similar goal, to help communities recover after a disaster event (with an emphasis on school rebuilds and returning children to education). Jake Shimabukuro
Jake Shimabukuro (born November 3, 1976) is a Hawaiian ukulele virtuoso and composer known for his fast and complex finger work. His music combines elements of jazz, blues, funk, rock, bluegrass, classical, folk, and flamenco. Shimabukuro has written numerous original compositions, including the entire soundtracks to two Japanese films, ''Hula Girls'' (2007) and '' Saidoweizu'' (2009), the Japanese remake of ''Sideways''. Well known in Hawai’i and Japan during his early solo career in the early 2000s, Shimabukuro became famous internationally in 2006, when a video of him playing a virtuosic rendition of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" was posted on YouTube without his knowledge and became one of the first viral videos on that site. Tim Feehan
Tim Feehan (born April 27, 1957 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadian singer-songwriter, producer, mix master and Los Angeles area studio owner. Career Tim Feehan graduated from the University of Alberta in 1980 and began his recording/songwriting career quite accidentally when his college band " Footloose" was asked by a local studio owner to record a song he'd written. That song, "Leaving for Maui", was a Top Ten hit in Hawaii. In 1986, Feehan entered a songwriting contest sponsored by producer David Foster (Celine Dion, Whitney Houston) taking first place and signed with Scotti Bros/CBS in Los Angeles where he relocated later that year.
