Justin Evans (soccer)
Justin Evans (born January 31, 1977) is an American soccer coach and former professional player. Playing career Professional After graduating from college, Evans signed for the newly formed Pittsburgh Riverhounds in 1999, becoming the team's #1 draft pick and first player. He also spent time that season in Poland playing in the first division for Petro Płock. In February 2000, the San Jose Earthquakes selected Evans in the second round of the 2000 MLS SuperDraft. The Earthquakes released him mid-season and Evans returned to the Riverhounds. However, he was called up to the Chicago Fire for several games that season. In the Autumn of 2000 Evans moved to Lechia Gdańsk, playing a total of 8 games during his spell. In February 2001, he returned to America when the Fire then drafted Evans in the 2001 MLS SuperDraft. Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania
Peters Township is a township in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 22,915 at the 2020 census. It is a suburb of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. History Peters Township was incorporated in 1781 as one of Washington County's thirteen original townships. It had fallen within the area claimed by Virginia as its Yohogania County before the resolution of that state's boundary dispute with Pennsylvania. Over the years, portions of Peters Township were sectioned off to form other municipalities; eventually, leaving the present configuration of . Peters Township was named after William "Indian" Peters. There is uncertainty regarding Peters' race, with some sources holding that he was an Indian and others that he was a white man who traded with local Indians. The ''Pittsburgh Tribune-Review'', also known as "the Trib," is the second largest daily newspaper serving metropolitan Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the United States. Cleveland Crunch (2001–2002 MISL) Players
The Cleveland Crunch are an American professional indoor soccer club located in Cleveland, Ohio competing as a charter member of the Major League Indoor Soccer (MLIS). The rebranded Crunch returned to indoor play as a member of the MASL 2 in March 2021. Formed in 1989 as an expansion team in the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL), the Crunch played a total of 16 seasons in three separate leagues under two different names. The team played three seasons in the original MISL, later known as the Major Soccer League (MSL), before joining the rival National Professional Soccer League (NPSL) in 1992. After nine seasons in the NPSL, the team joined a second incarnation of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) in 2001.
