Justin Ballay Mégot
Justin Ballay Mégot is a Congolese political figure. He served in the government of Congo-Brazzaville as Minister-Delegate for Development Cooperation and La Francophonie from 2002 to 2005, as Minister at the Presidency for Cooperation and Development from 2005 to 2007, and as Minister at the Presidency for Subregional Integration and the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) from 2007 to 2009. The Republic of the Congo (french: République du Congo, ln, Republíki ya Kongó), also known as Congo-Brazzaville, the Congo Republic or simply either Congo or the Congo, is a country located in the western coast of Central Africa to the west of the Congo river. New Partnership For Africa's Development
The New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) is an economic development program of the African Union. NEPAD was adopted at the 37th session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government in July 2001 in Lusaka, Zambia. NEPAD aims to provide an overarching vision and policy framework for accelerating economic co-operation and integration among African countries. Origins and function NEPAD is a merger of two plans for the economic regeneration of Africa: the Millennium Partnership for the African Recovery Programme (MAP), led by Former President Thabo Mbeki of South Africa in conjunction with Former President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria and President Abdelaziz Bouteflika of Algeria; and the OMEGA Plan for Africa developed by President Abdoulaye Wade of Senegal.
