Justice Hill
Justice Hill (born November 14, 1997) is an American football running back for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oklahoma State and was drafted by the Ravens in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Early years Hill was a three-star player out of Booker T. Washington High School that signed with Oklahoma State. He was an Oklahoma All-State selection and was the 6A-II Offensive Player of the Year as a senior. He had offers from Houston, Louisville, and Oklahoma State. He rushed for 3,364 yards in high school and averaged 8.1 yards per carry and scored 54 touchdowns, 32 of which came his senior season. College career As a true freshman at Oklahoma State in 2016, Hill started the season as a backup. 2022 NFL Draft
The 2022 NFL Draft was the 87th edition of the National Football League's annual draft and was held from April 28–30, 2022, at the Caesars Forum on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The first round was held on Thursday, April 28, and was followed by the second and third rounds on Friday, April 29. The draft concluded with rounds 4–7 on Saturday, April 30. Achilles Tendon Rupture
Achilles tendon rupture is when the Achilles tendon, at the back of the ankle, breaks. Symptoms include the sudden onset of sharp pain in the heel. A snapping sound may be heard as the tendon breaks and walking becomes difficult. Rupture typically occurs as a result of a sudden bending up of the foot when the calf muscle is engaged, direct trauma, or long-standing tendonitis. Other risk factors include the use of fluoroquinolones, a significant change in exercise, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, or corticosteroid use. Diagnosis is typically based on symptoms and examination and supported by medical imaging. Prevention may include stretching before activity and gradual progression of exercise intensity.
