Jurassic World Alive
Numerous video games based on the ''Jurassic Park'' franchise have been released. Developers Ocean Software, BlueSky Software and Sega produced various games in 1993, coinciding with the first film, ''Jurassic Park''. In 1997, several developers, including DreamWorks Interactive and Appaloosa Interactive, produced various games for nine different platforms to coincide with the release of the film '' The Lost World: Jurassic Park''. For the 2001 film, ''Jurassic Park III'', a total of seven games were produced, including three for the Game Boy Advance and three PC games. A park-building game, '' Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis'', was released in 2003. '' Jurassic Park: The Game'', released in 2011, takes place after the events of the first film. ''Lego Jurassic World'' was released in 2015 and is based on the first four films. The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) is an 8-bit third-generation home video game console produced by Nintendo. It was first released in Japan in 1983 as the commonly known as the The NES, a redesigned version, was released in American test markets on October 18, 1985, before becoming widely available in North America and other countries. After developing a series of successful arcade games in the early 1980s, Nintendo planned to create a home video game console. Rejecting more complex proposals, the Nintendo president Hiroshi Yamauchi called for a simple, cheap console that ran games stored on cartridges. The controller design was reused from Nintendo's portable Game & Watch games. Nintendo released several add-ons, such as a light gun for shooting games.
