''Jungle'' is a British hip hop drama television series created by Junior Okoli and Chas Appeti. It premiered on Amazon Prime Video on 30 September 2022. Synopsis The series follows the interconnected lives and struggles of strangers in a near-future, dystopian version of inner-city London, including a father trying to escape gang culture and a young mother going to great lengths to protect her children. It is a music-centric drama, told through a mixture of dialogue and rap, grime, and drill music. Amaria BB (born Amaria Braithwaite, July 17, 2003, in London, England) is a Jamaican-Guyanese R&B/dance hall singer-songwriter from Hackney, London. Biography Amaria BB was born Amaria Braithwaite, and lives in Hackney, London where she currently resides with her family. Amaria BB is the granddaughter of legend Jimmy Cliff. Braithwaite discovered her passion for singing when she was around 8 years old. Daniel Lena (born 17 August 1999), known professionally as Unknown T, is a British professional musician. His post release album “Rise Above Hate” (2020) was a major hit on the UK music scene, the album reaching the top of the charts in the first couple of weeks. Career Unknown T was born in London to Ugandan parents. His debut single, "Homerton B", peaked at number 48 on the UK Singles Chart in October 2018. Though it was originally released without a label, its chart performance led to him being signed by Island Records through Universal Music Group and appeared at Wireless festival in 2019. Andre Deer (born 16 December 2002), known professionally as Double Lz (formerly stylized as DoubleLz), is a British rapper and songwriter. He is a member of the UK drill group OFB. Debuting in 2018, he would release two mixtapes - '' Frontstreet'' and ''Drill Commandments'' - alongside Bandokay and SJ in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Janum Khan, better known by his stage name Jaykae, is a British rapper and actor from Small Heath, Birmingham.
