Russell Morash
Russell Morash (born February 11, 1936) is an American television producer and television director, director. Morash's many television programs are produced through WGBH-TV, WGBH and airing on Public Broadcasting Service, PBS. Early life Morash is a native of Lexington, Massachusetts. Morash's father was a builder. Education In 1957, Morash graduated from the Boston University College of Fine Arts. Career Morash started his entertainment career as a cameraman for Boston public-television station WGBH-TV. James Beard
James Andrews Beard (May 5, 1903 – January 23, 1985) was an American chef, cookbook author, teacher and television personality. He pioneered television cooking shows, taught at The James Beard Cooking School in New York City and Seaside, Oregon, and lectured widely. He emphasized American cooking, prepared with fresh, wholesome, American ingredients, to a country just becoming aware of its own culinary heritage. John Updike

Simone Beck
Simone "Simca" Beck (7 July 1904 – 20 December 1991) was a French cookbook writer and cooking teacher who, along with colleagues Julia Child and Louisette Bertholle, played a significant role in the introduction of French cooking technique and recipes into American kitchens. Early life She was born on 7 July 1904, in Tocqueville-en-Caux, near Dieppe in Normandy. Her family was rich because they had a business in production of Benedictine liqueur. When she was little, she liked helping her family cook to prepare desserts or entire meals. Blanche Wolf Knopf (July 30, 1894 – June 4, 1966) was the president of Alfred A. Knopf, Inc., and wife of publisher Alfred A. Knopf Sr., with whom she established the firm in 1915.
