Jules Bernard
Jules Liam Bernard (born January 21, 2000) is an American professional basketball player for the Capital City Go-Go of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins. High school career Bernard played basketball for Windward School in Los Angeles. As a junior, he averaged 25.3 points and 13.7 rebounds per game. In his senior season, Bernard averaged 26.4 points and 14.2 rebounds per game. He competed for the Compton Magic on the Amateur Athletic Union circuit. A consensus four-star recruit, he committed to playing college basketball for UCLA in October 2017 over offers from Kansas, USC, Oregon and Miami (Florida). He was attracted to the Bruins by their program's history and head coach Steve Alford being open to playing skilled freshmen. The UCLA Bruins men's basketball program represents the University of California, Los Angeles in the sport of men's basketball as a member of the Pac-12 Conference. The Long Beach State Beach men's basketball team represents California State University, Long Beach in Long Beach, California. The school's team competes in the Big West Conference. The team last played in the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament in 2012. The Beach are currently coached by Dan Monson. The 2021–22 UCLA Bruins men's basketball team represented the University of California, Los Angeles during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I season. The Bruins were led by third-year head coach Mick Cronin and they played their home games at Pauley Pavilion as members of the Pac-12 Conference.
