Juan Francisco Guerra Piñero (born 16 February 1987) is a Venezuelan football coach and former player who is currently the head coach of Phoenix Rising FC in the USL Championship. He has sold 30 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling Latin music artists. Juan Nepomuceno Guerra Cárdenas (July 18, 1915 – July 12, 2001) was a Mexican drug lord who founded and led the Gulf Cartel for over 50 years. He is often considered the "godfather" of U.S-Mexico border cartels. He began his criminal career in the 1930s by smuggling alcohol from Mexico during the Prohibition in the United States. He later diversified to other cross-border smuggling activities. He is the uncle of Juan García Ábrego, his successor in the cartel and once considered Mexico's most-wanted man. Early life and career During the 1930s he began smuggling whisky across the Mexico–United States border through south Texas. Juan Nicasio Guerra Ochoa (born 26 November 1954) is a Mexican politician, affiliated with the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD). Guerra's first degree is in law from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa, and he also holds a master's and a doctorate in psychotherapy. He was a member of the Liga Comunista 23 de septiembre, the Patriotic and Revolutionary Party, the Unified Socialist Party of Mexico, and the Mexican Socialist Party prior to being one of the founding members of the PRD upon its creation in 1989. Within the PRD he has served as the Party State President in Sinaloa (1993–94), Secretary for Electoral Affairs of the National Executive Committee (2002–04), and the party's representative to the Federal Electoral Institute (2004–05).
