Juan Gisbert-Schultze
Juan Gisbert Schultze (born 13 April 1974) is a former professional tennis player from Spain. Biography Gisbert Schultze was born in Frankfurt, West Germany, before emigrating to Spain, the country of his father, Davis Cup player Juan Gisbert Sr. His mother, Margrit Schultze, is a German school teacher and the sister of Fed Cup player Helga Schultze. His uncles José María and Jorge played tennis professionally, and the former also represented Spain at the Davis Cup. He was a losing finalist to Àlex Corretja in the 16s competition of the 1990 Orange Bowl. In the doubles event he partnered with Corretja and the pair finished runners-up. Residing in Barcelona, Gisbert Schultze was twice a member of Spain's Galea Cup winning teams, in 1991 and 1992. Karsten Braasch (born 14 July 1967) is a German former professional tennis player. His highest ATP singles ranking was World No. 38, which he reached in June 1994. His career-high in doubles was World No. 36, achieved in November 1997. He won six ATP doubles titles and made one ATP singles final in 1994. Carsten Arriens (born 11 April 1969) is a former professional tennis player from Germany. Career Arriens played his first tournament on the ATP Tour in 1991, at the Geneva Open, where he upset world number 33 Omar Camporese. In 1992 he won the Guarujá Open, as a qualifier. Padel Tennis
Padel ( es, Pádel) is a racket sport typically played in doubles on an enclosed court slightly smaller than a doubles tennis court. Scoring is the same as normal tennis, and the balls used are similar but with a little less pressure. The main differences are that the court has walls and the balls can be played off them in a similar way as in the game of squash and that solid, stringless bats are used. The height of the ball being served must be at or below the waist level. Padel is different from the sport known in Canada and the United States as paddle tennis. Alberto Berasategui Salazar (born 28 June 1973) is a former top-10 professional tennis player from Spain. He was a Grand Slam finalist at the 1994 French Open, and won a total of 14 ATP singles titles, achieving a career-high singles ranking of world no. 7 in November 1994. The Croatia Open (currently sponsored by Plava laguna) is a men's ATP tennis tournament held in Umag, Croatia that is part of the 250 series of the ATP Tour. The tournament began in 1990 when it was part of Yugoslavia, and is the oldest tennis tournament in Croatia. It began as the Yugoslavia Open and has been played every year since.
