Juan Antonio Scasso
Juan Antonio Scasso (14 January 1892 - 2 October 1973) was a Uruguayan architect and urbanist. He was also an association football leader at C.A. Peñarol, of which he was chairman. Association Football
Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer, is a team sport played between two teams of 11 players who primarily use their feet to propel the ball around a rectangular field called a pitch. MalvÃn
MalvÃn is a '' barrio'' (neighbourhood or district) of Montevideo, Uruguay. Location MalvÃn borders Buceo to the west, MalvÃn Norte and Las Canteras to the north, Punta Gorda to the east and the coastline to the south. Economy The coastal avenue along MalvÃn is called Rambla O'Higgins and across it is ''Playa MalvÃn'', the beach of MalvÃn; the area was once a very popular resort. MalvÃn is named after Juan BalvÃn. Over time, the expansion of the city resulted in a major building development in the neighborhood, which increased markedly in size to become one of the fastest growing areas of the city. Estadio Centenario
Estadio Centenario is a stadium in the Parque Batlle of Montevideo, Uruguay, used primarily for football. The stadium was built between 1929 and 1930 to host the inaugural 1930 FIFA World Cup, as well as to commemorate the centenary of Uruguay's first constitution. La Paloma, Rocha
La Paloma is a small city in the Rocha Department of southeastern Uruguay. Geography The city is located on Km. 244 of Route 10 and on its junction with Route 15, on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, about southwest of La Pedrera and northeast of Faro José Ignacio of the Maldonado Department.
