Jovan Koprivica
Jovan Koprivica ( sr, Јован Копривица, born 15 July 1982) is a Serbian former professional basketball player. Professional career Koprivica made a senior team debut for the Beopetrol of the YUBA League in 1998. In 2001 he signed for the Crvena zvezda. He won the Radivoj Korać Cup in 2004. He had a lot of problems with injuries which resulted in him being waived by the Zvezda following the conclusion of the 2004–05 season. After recovering from injury at the end of December 2005, he signed a contract with the Greek team Panellinios until the end of the 2005–06 season. During the 2006–07 season he played for the Igokea Partizan from Bosnia and Herzegovina. On 14 November 2007, he signed an "open" contract with the Ergonom from Niš. After that, he spent two seasons in the Ukrainian SuperLeague where he played for the Politekhnika-Halychyna and Kryvbas. He missed entire 2010–11 season. The Washington State Cougars men's basketball team represents Washington State University and competes in the Pac-12 Conference (Pac-12) of NCAA Division I. The Cougars play their home games on campus in Pullman at Beasley Coliseum, which has a capacity of 12,058. They are currently led by head coach Kyle Smith (55-46). History Washington State began varsity intercollegiate competition in men's basketball in 1902. Nikola Koprivica ( sr, Никола Копривица, born June 11, 1988) is a Serbian professional basketball scout and former basketball coach and player. He played college basketball for the Washington State Cougars College career As a freshman, Koprivica appeared in 15 games (including four starts) at Washington State University in their 2006–07 season. He made the first career start against the San Diego State on December 21, 2006. Seven days later, on December 28, he scored season/career-high 12 points against the UCLA. Žarko Koprivica ( sr-cyr, Жарко Копривица; born May 8, 1956) is a Serbian basketball executive and former professional player. Playing career Koprivica played for Crvena zvezda of the Yugoslav Federal League. Over 181 games he averaged 14.9 points per game. He won one Yugoslav Cup in his first senior season. In the 1978–79 season, he averaged 29.3 points per game. National team career Koprivica was a member of the Yugoslav national U16 team that won the bronze medal at the 1975 European Championship for Cadets. Post-playing career AS Basket Koprivica is a founder and the president of the AS Basket, a basketball club for youth based in Belgrade. The club is founded in 1997.
