José Del Carmen MarÃn Arista
José del Carmen MarÃn Arista (March 2, 1899 – December 6, 1980) was a Peruvian general, cabinet minister and academic. Early life and military schooling MarÃn was born in the Department of Amazonas in Peru. He went to the Chorrillos Military School in 1917, then was moved to the Top Division in 1918, graduating with honours in 1922. In 1927, MarÃn graduated with a bachelor's degree in mathematical sciences from the National University of San Marcos. That same year, he graduated with honours (earning the second highest marks in his class) as a military engineer from the National Architecture School of Versailles, in France. Military career In 1928, was assigned responsibility to set up an advanced training program for the Peruvian Signals Corp ( es, Servicio de Transmisiones), improving the standards for military communications and command and control in the armed forces. RodrÃguez De Mendoza Province
RodrÃguez de Mendoza is a province of the Amazonas Region, Peru. It is located in the southeast part of the department of Amazonas. It borders on the west with the province of Chachapoyas and on the north, east and south with the department of San Martin. It was created by law 7626 on October 31, 1932 and its capital is Mendoza. The province has an enormous importance because of the fertility of its soils, its benign climate and the big rivers that pass through its territory. Between these rivers we have San Antonio, Aiña, Pachca, Omia and Shocol or Milpuc.
