José Ramos (Argentine Footballer)
José Ramos (23 February 1919 – 11 May 1969) was an Argentine footballer. He played in eleven matches for the Argentina national football team from 1942 to 1946. He was also part of Argentina's squad for the 1946 South American Championship. In the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield position whose primary role is to stop attacks during the game and prevent the opposition from scoring. Centre-backs are usually positioned in pairs, with one full-back on either side to their left and right, but can be played in threes with or without full-backs.
