Jose Midas Marquez
Jose Midas Pascual Marquez (born February 16, 1966) is an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines since 2021, and was previously the ex-member of the Office of the Court Administrator and the Supreme Court spokesperson of the Philippines. Marquez holds the record of being the longest-serving SC Court Administrator. Marquez was included in the final shortlist of official nominees as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court by Judicial and Bar Council, with the recommendation of Chief Justice Gesmundo, before being passed to the President for the appointment. José Guadarrama Márquez (born 16 December 1948) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) who served in the upper house of Congress from 1994 to 2000 and again from 2006 to 2012. Career Guadarrama is a professor who had a long and notable political career in the State of Hidalgo as an Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) member. He served as federal deputy from 1979 to 1982, for Hidalgo's fifth district, again from 1991 to 1994 for Hidalgo's second district and as a senator from 1994 to 2000. He has also occupied different position within the Government of Hidalgo. In 1999 he unsuccessfully tried to obtain the PRI candidacy for the gubernatorial elections but was defeated by Manuel Angel Núñez Soto. José Marques da Silva (18 October 1869 – 6 June 1947) was a Portuguese people, Portuguese architect and educator. Life and work Training José Marques da Silva was born at 113 Rua de Costa Cabral, in Porto, on 18 October 1869. His architectural training began at the Porto Academy of Fine Arts, where his teachers were, among others, António Geraldes da Silva Sardinha, João Marques de Oliveira and António Soares dos Reis. In 1889 he left for Paris in order to enter the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts, and remained in the city until he received the French Government designation of Graduate Architect on 10 December 1896.
