José Manuel del Carpio was a Bolivian politician who served as the eighth vice president of Bolivia from 1888 to 1892. Gregorio Pacheco Leyes (4 July 1823 – 20 August 1899) was a Bolivian businessman and entrepreneur who served as the 21st president of Bolivia from 1884 to 1888.
