José Justicia
José Antonio Justicia Perales (born 6 January 1989) is a Spanish darts player. Career Justicia started his career in 2009 and participated in PDPA Players Championship events in Gibraltar and Nuland. At the end of the year, he attempted to qualify through PDC World Spain Qualifying Event for 2010 PDC World Darts Championship, but lost in the quarterfinal phase to Francisco Ruiz. Next years he participated mainly in soft-tip darts and became a European champion in Soft Tip Bullshooter European Championship 2012. He appeared in several other PDPA Players Championship events in 2011 and 2012, in Germany, Netherlands and Spain. Between 2012 and 2018 Justicia played soft-tip darts, reaching quarterfinal of Soft Tip Dartslive Las Vegas in 2016. Stephen Bunting (born 9 April 1985) is an English professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number four. Nicknamed "the Bullet", Bunting formerly competed in British Darts Organisation (BDO) events. He is a former BDO World Champion, having won the 2014 World Championship. He also won three other BDO major titles: the World Masters in 2012 and 2013 and the 2012 Zuiderduin Masters. The Ladbrokes UK Open is a ranking major darts tournament held annually at the Butlins Minehead Resort by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) in England. The event is often referred to as the "FA Cup of darts" as it has an unseeded open draw made after each round, and entry is open to players at all levels of darts. One-hundred-and-sixty players compete in the multi-board event over eight-stages before the PDC’s Top 32 enter the tournament in the fourth round. The 2023 PDC World Darts Championship (known as the 2023 Cazoo World Darts Championship) was a professional darts event that took place at Alexandra Palace in London, England, from 15 December 2022 to 3 January 2023. A nine-dart finish, also known as a nine-darter, is a perfect leg or single game in the sport of darts. The object of the game is to score a set number of points, most commonly 501; in order to win, a player must reach the target total exactly and hit a double scoring area with their last dart. When the target is 501, the minimum number of darts needed to reach it is nine. For example, one way to achieve a nine-dart finish is to score 60 (treble 20) on each of the first seven throws, then a 57 (treble 19) on the eighth, and lastly a 24 (double 12) on the ninth. It is regarded as an extremely difficult feat to achieve—even for the sport's top players—and is considered the highest single-game achievement in the sport, similar to a maximum 147 break in snooker or a 300-point game in bowling. Adam Gawlas (born 18 February 2002) is a Czech professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He reached his first major semi-final at the 2023 UK Open. In his youth career, Gawlas was the runner-up at the 2019 PDC World Youth Championship and won 2023 PDC Development Tour 15. The 2022 Cazoo UK Open was a professional darts tournament that was held from 4–6 March 2022 at Butlin's Minehead, England, returning to the venue after the 2021 edition was held behind closed doors at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
