José Francisco Valiente Salazar (March 23, 1911 – August 1, 1988) was a Salvadoran politician who was, a member of the Civic-Military Directory The Civic-Military Directory was a political body which ruled El Salvador from 25 January 1961 until 25 January 1962. Its members were: * Aníbal Portillo (whole time) * Feliciano Avelar (whole time) * José Antonio Rodrígu ..., which ruled the country from 25 January 1961 until 25 January 1962. El Salvador (; , meaning " The Saviour"), officially the Republic of El Salvador ( es, República de El Salvador), is a country in Central America.
