José Eliseo Salamanca Bermúdez (born October 24, 1979) is a Salvadoran professional football player. Club career Nicknamed ''Toro (The Bull)'', Salamanca started his career at Salvadoran second division side Universidad Gerardo Barrios and joined top tier outfit Águila in 2001. In 2006, he joined Chalatenango only to rejoin Águila a year later. He moved to FAS for the 2010 Apertura and played the 2011 Clausura for UES. 2007 UNCAF Nations Cup
The 2007 UNCAF Nations Cup was the ninth version of the biennial football tournament for the CONCACAF national teams of Central America. The event took place in San Salvador, El Salvador from February 8 to February 18, 2007. It was the second time El Salvador hosted the competition. The tournament also served as a qualifying process for the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Costa Rica won the tournament on penalty kicks after a 1–1 draw with Panama in the final. It was Costa Rica's sixth title out of nine tournaments played. Panama reached the UNCAF final for the first time but also lost on penalty kicks in the final of the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2005. The Guatemala national football team ( es, Selección de fútbol de Guatemala) represents Guatemala in men's international football and is controlled by the ''Federación Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala''. Founded in 1919, it has been affiliated to FIFA since 1946, and it is a member of CONCACAF. The team has made three Olympic tournament appearances, competing at the 1968, 1976, and 1988 Olympic Games.
