José Antonio Haghenbeck
José Antonio del Sagrado Corazón Haghenbeck Cámara (born 7 June 1955) is a Mexican surgeon, physician and politician affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN). In 2000–2006 he served as a senator for the state of Hidalgo in the 58th and 59th Congresses. He had previously served as a federal deputy in 1999–2000 during the 57th Congress, representing the fourth district of Hidalgo as Francisco Xavier Berganza's substitute. Miguel Ángel Osorio Chong (; 5 August 1964) is a Mexican politician who served as the Secretary of the Interior in the cabinet of Enrique Peña Nieto. He was Governor of Hidalgo until April 2011. Early life Born in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Osorio is a graduate of the Autonomous University of Hidalgo State Law School. He is of Chinese descent through his mother's family. Political career In 2003, Osorio was elected to serve as a Representative in the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico, hence he served during the LIX Legislature.
