Josh Low
Joshua David Low (born 15 February 1979) is a retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Born in England, he represented the Wales U21 national team internationally. Career After spells at Bristol Rovers, Farnborough Town and Leyton Orient he made his name at Cardiff City, before being transferred to Oldham Athletic, where he spent one season before becoming Northampton Town's record signing, costing the club £165,000 in July 2003. Low became a popular figure amongst the Northampton fans, who gave him the nickname J-Lo. Predominantly a right winger, he can also play in defence or central midfield. Joseph David Low (born 20 February 2002) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Wycombe Wanderers and the Wales national team. Club career Bristol City Low joined the youth academy of Bristol City, and worked his way up all their youth categories. In February 2019, he had a short loan with Dorchester Town. Then in March 2019, he had another short loan spell with Frome Town. He spent the 2019-20 winter on loan with Yate Town, where he scored one goal in 12 appearances. On 10 August 2020, Low signed his first professional contract with his parent club Bristol City. He then moved to Eastleigh on loan at the beginning of the 2021-22 season, but was recalled to Bristol City after several strong performances. Martin Allen
Martin James Allen (born 14 August 1965) is an English football manager and former player. He played more than 100 games as a midfielder for both Queens Park Rangers and West Ham United before finishing his playing career with Portsmouth and Southend United. Five years later, he took his first job in management, at non-league Barnet. He has since managed Brentford, Milton Keynes Dons, Leicester City, Cheltenham Town and Notts County. He rejoined Barnet as manager on 16 April 2012 on a short-term, three-match contract succeeding Lawrie Sanchez.
