Josh Fisher (basketball)
Joshua Lee Fisher (born October 24, 1980) is an American retired basketball player and a current coach. He is a 1.89 m (6 ft 2 in) 85 kg (187 lb.) guard. He also has Spanish citizenship. College career Fisher played college basketball at Saint Louis University with the Saint Louis Billikens. Pro career Fisher began his professional career in 2004 with the Spanish third division club Pamesa Castellón. He then joined the ACB club Pamesa Valencia later in 2004 for one month, before returning to Castellón. He then spent the next two seasons with second division clubs CAI Zaragoza and Farho Gijón before moving to ACB powerhouse Real Madrid for the second half of 2006. He then spent half a season with Polaris World Murcia before moving to Etosa Alicante where they were relegated from the ACB at the end of 2007. Fotios Katsikaris (alternate spelling: Fotis) ( Greek: Φώτιος Κατσικάρης, born 16 May 1967) is a Greek professional basketball coach and a former professional basketball player, he was most recently head coach for the Unicaja Málaga of the Spanish Liga ACB. Katsikaris has started coaching at the age of 31, following a career as player, and he has worked in Greece, Russia, and Spain. Greek Basket League
The Greek Basket League (GBL), often also referred to as the Greek A1 Basketball League, or Greek Basketball Championship (originally called Panhellenic Basketball Championship), and also known as the Stoiximan Basket League for sponsorship reasons, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. It is run by HEBA ( el, ΕΣΑΚΕ, link=no), under the legal authority of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). It is the highest-tier level of the Greek league system. The GBL plays under FIBA rules and currently consists of 13 teams, with the lowest-placed team relegated to the A2 Basket League and replaced by the winner of the play-offs of that tier. Pablo Prigioni (born May 17, 1977) is an Argentine-Italian former professional basketball player, currently serving as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Timberwolves. He played the point guard position, and was a member of the senior Argentina national basketball team that won the bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Prigioni is the oldest rookie in NBA history, making his debut with the New York Knicks in 2012 at age 35, prior to which he was a two-time All-EuroLeague selection playing in Europe, most notably Spain. The Liga ACB, known as Liga Endesa for sponsorship reasons, is the top professional basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system. Administrated by the Asociación de Clubs de Baloncesto (ACB), Liga ACB is contested by 18 teams, with the two lowest-placed teams relegated to the LEB Oro and replaced by the top team in that division plus the winner of the promotion playoffs.
