Joseph Keaveny
Joseph Keaveny is an American attorney, banker, and politician who served as a member of the Missouri Senate for the 4th district from 2009 to 2016. After leaving the Senate, he was appointed to serve as Administrative Law Judge of the Missouri Department of Labor. Early life and education Judge Keaveny is one of six children born to the late John Joseph and Mary Justine Keaveny. He grew up in the city's Skinker DeBaliviereneighborhood and is a graduate of Christian Brothers College High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, followed by a Master of Science degree in finance and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University. Jeff Smith (Missouri Politician)
Jeff Smith (born December 9, 1973) is an American politician who served as a member of the Missouri Senate, representing the 4th district from 2007 until 2009. His district covered the western portion of the City of St. Louis. Prior to his political career, Smith co-founded Confluence Academies, a group of urban charter schools in St. Louis that now enroll nearly 4,000 students. Christian Brothers College High School (CBC High School) is a Lasallian Catholic college preparatory school for young men in Town and Country, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Saint Louis and is owned and operated by the De La Salle Christian Brothers Midwest District.
