Joseph G. Hakobyan (born 28 August 1931) is a Russians, Russian scientist. He is an expert on missiles development. He was the Deputy General of the Moscow Research Institute. Missile
In military terminology, a missile is a guided airborne ranged weapon capable of self-propelled flight usually by a jet engine or rocket motor. Missiles are thus also called guided missiles or guided rockets (when a previously unguided rocket is made guided).
