Joseph Abruzzo (born August 14, 1980) is a Democratic politician from Florida. Kevin Rader (born October 6, 1968) is an American politician from Florida. A Democrat, he represented parts of northern Broward and southern Palm Beach Counties in the Florida House from 2008 to 2010 and again from 2012 to 2016. He was elected to one term in the Florida Senate, serving from 2016 until he retired in 2020. Early life and education Rader was born in Detroit, Michigan, and moved to Florida in 1972, where he graduated from Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs in 1986. Loxahatchee is an unincorporated community in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States, located north of Wellington, and west and northwest of Royal Palm Beach, approximately west of West Palm Beach.
