Josef Černý (politician)
Josef Černý (born October 18, 1939 in Rožmitál pod Třemšínem, Bohemia and Moravia) is a retired ice hockey player who played in the Czechoslovak Extraliga. He won a three medals at four Winter Olympics. He was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame The IIHF Hall of Fame is a hall of fame operated by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). Rožmitál Pod Třemšínem
Rožmitál pod Třemšínem (german: Rosenthal) is a town in Příbram District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 4,200 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone. The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF; french: Fédération internationale de hockey sur glace; german: Internationale Eishockey-Föderation) is a worldwide governing body for ice hockey. It is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and has 83 member countries. The IIHF maintains the IIHF World Ranking based on international ice hockey tournaments.
