Jorge E. Viñuales
Jorge E. Viñuales (born 1976) is the Harold Samuel Professor of Law and Environmental Policy at the University of Cambridge, where he also directs the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG); and a Research Professor of International Law at LUISS, in Italy. He is also the Director-General of the Latin American Society of International Law, and has been appointed as Chair of the Compliance Committee of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Protocol on Water and Health. Viñuales is also active in private practice as counsel in an international law firm. He is a recognised authority in public international law, particularly environmental, investment and energy law. Clare College, Cambridge
Clare College is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England. The college was founded in 1326 as University Hall, making it the second-oldest surviving college of the University after Peterhouse. It was refounded in 1338 as ''Clare Hall'' by an endowment from Elizabeth de Clare, and took on its current name in 1856. Clare is famous for its chapel choir and for its gardens on "The Backs" (the back of the colleges that overlook the River Cam). Clare is consistently one of the most popular Cambridge colleges amongst prospective applicants.
