Jorge Bolaños
Jorge Alberto Bolaños Suarez (born 7 November 1936 in Las Tunas, Cuba) is a Cuban politician and diplomat. Bolanos graduated in Political Sciences and International Law from the University of Havana and did postgraduate courses in Foreign Relations from the University of London. Ambassador Bolanos has been a member of the Cuban Foreign Ministry since 1963. He has served as ambassador to Poland (1971–1974), Czechoslovakia (1974–1977), United Kingdom (1977–1981), Brazil (1986–1995) and Mexico (2001–2007). Las Tunas (city)
Las Tunas is a city and municipality in central-eastern Cuba. It is the capital of the Las Tunas Province and was named Victoria de Las Tunas from 1869 to 1976. Geography The city of Las Tunas is located in along the Carretera Central (highway), between the cities of Camagüey, Holguín and Bayamo. In 1943 the municipality was divided into the ''barrios'' of Primero, Segundo, Antonio Machado, Arenas, Caisimú, Cauto del Paso, Cuaba, Curana, Dumañuecos, Ojo de Agua, Oriente, Palmarito, Playuelas and San José de la Plata.
