Jordy Joao Monroy Ararat ( hy, Ժորդի Ժոաո Մոնրոյ Արարատ; born 3 January 1996) is a professional footballer who plays as a right-back or right midfielder for Colombian side Deportivo Pereira. Born in Colombia, he represents the Armenia national team at international level. Club career Born in Bogotá, Monroy played from the age of 11 in the youth system of his hometown club Independiente Santa Fe. He made his debut on 1 November 2015 in Categoría Primera A, starting in a 1–1 home draw with Envigado. He totalled nine competitive appearances for the club, filling in when the regulars were rested ahead of continental fixtures, and was released in January 2016. Following his release, he had an unsuccessful trial with a French Ligue 2 club, Patriotas Boyacá and a farm team of América de Cali, before becoming an Uber driver. Cúcuta Deportivo Fútbol Club S. A. is a professional Colombian football club based in Cúcuta, which plays in the Categoria Primera B. The club was officially founded on 10 September 1924, and its first appearance in a professional league was in the 1950 Campeonato Profesional season. The 2016 Categoría Primera A season (officially known as the 2016 Liga Águila season for sponsorship reasons) was the 69th season of Colombia's top-flight football league. Afro-Colombians or African-Colombians ( es, afrocolombianos, links=no) are Colombians of full or partial sub-Saharan African descent (Blacks, Mulattoes, Pardos, and Zambos). Cortuluá, officially named Cortuluá Fútbol Club S. A. and previously known as Corporación Club Deportivo Tuluá, is a Colombian football club from the municipality of Tuluá in the Valle del Cauca.
