Jordan Silk
Jordan Christopher Silk (born 13 April 1992) is an Australian cricketer who plays for Tasmania. Silk was recruited from Sydney grade cricket where he holds the record for being the youngest player to make a century on debut. Silk fielded as a substitute for Australia against Sri Lanka in Hobart on 16 December 2012, and caught Nuwan Kulasekara off the bowling of Nathan Lyon. Domestic career Silk made his first class debut against Queensland on 7 March 2013. In his second game, he made a century to help Tasmania into the Sheffield Shield final. In the final, Silk again scored a century, to help Tasmania win its third title. In April 2013, Silk was selected as part of the Australia A cricket team to tour England. In 2016, Silk spent a season with Cuckfield Cricket Club and racked up 947 runs for the club in the Sussex Premier League. The Victoria men’s cricket team is an Australian first-class men's cricket team based in Melbourne, Victoria. The men’s team, which first played in 1851, represents the state of Victoria in the Marsh Sheffield Shield first-class competition and the Marsh One Day Cup 50-over competition. Craig Kieswetter
Craig Kieswetter (born 28 November 1987) is an English professional golfer and former cricketer who appeared in 71 matches for the England cricket team between 2010 and 2013. Born and raised in South Africa, Kieswetter moved to England to complete his education, and began playing county cricket for Somerset in 2007. Three years later, he made his international debut in a One Day International (ODI) against Bangladesh. A wicket-keeper batsman, he was considered a one-day specialist, and all his international appearances came in ODIs or Twenty20 Internationals. Kieswetter played junior cricket for Western Province until the age of 18, but lack of opportunity led him to seek an alternative route in England. The Big Bash League (known as the KFC Big Bash League for sponsorship reasons, often abbreviated to BBL or Big Bash) is an Australian professional club Twenty20 cricket league, which was established in 2011 by Cricket Australia. The Big Bash League replaced the previous competition, the KFC Twenty20 Big Bash, and features eight city-based franchises instead of the six state teams which had participated previously. The competition has been sponsored by fast food-chicken outlet KFC since its inception. Brett Lee
Brett Lee (born 8 November 1976) is an Australian former international cricketer, who played all three formats of the game. During his international career, Lee was recognised as one of the fastest bowlers in the world. In each of his first two years, Lee conceded fewer than 20 runs for every wicket taken, but later recorded figures in the low 30s. He was an athletic fielder and useful lower-order batter, with a batting average exceeding 20 in Test cricket. Awarded during the Australian Cricket Awards, the Allan Border Medal is considered to be the most prestigious individual prize in Australian men's cricket.
