Jordan Neuman
Jordan Neuman (born August 23, 1983) is a former American football player and current coach. Career Neuman played American football as a student at Western Hills High School in his hometown of Fort Worth. From 2001 to 2004, he was quarterback of the McMurry University (third NCAA division) team in the U.S. state of Texas. In 2005, he moved to Germany and played for the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns. At the same time, he was involved in the club's youth activities and was also the player-coach of the Schwäbisch Hall Renegades baseball team. After the 2008 season, he ended his competitive sports career in Schwäbisch Hall and shifted completely to his coaching duties. In 2009 and 2010, Neuman coordinated the offensive play of the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns as a member of the coaching staff, and from 2011 to 2013 he served in the same capacity for the Vienna Vikings. McMurry University is a private Methodist university in Abilene, Texas. It was founded in 1923 and named after William Fletcher McMurry. The university offers forty-five majors in the fields of fine arts, humanities, social and natural sciences, education, business, and religion, and nine pre-professional programs, including nursing, dentistry, medicine, pharmacy, veterinary, and law. McMurry has 1,145 students. Methodist students constitute 27 percent of the student population. Ninety five percent of students are Texan. The 2017 German Football League season was the 39th edition of the top-level American football competition in Germany and 18th since the renaming of the ''American Football Bundesliga'' to German Football league. The regular season started on 22 April and finished on 3 September 2017, followed by the play-offs. The season culminated in the German Bowl XXXIX, held on 7 October 2017 in Berlin.
