Jordan McGregor
Jordan McGregor (born 18 March 1997) is a Scottish professional association football, footballer who plays as a Defender (association football), central defender for Stirling Albion F.C., Stirling Albion. He has previously played for Hibernian F.C., Hibernian, Hamilton Academical F.C., Hamilton Academical and Airdrieonians F.C., Airdrieonians, as well as Berwick Rangers F.C., Berwick Rangers on loan. Career After beginning his career with Hibernian F.C., Hibernian, McGregor moved on loan to Berwick Rangers F.C., Berwick Rangers in January 2016. He signed for Hamilton Academical F.C., Hamilton Academical in July 2016. He made his debut for Hamilton in a 3–0 victory against St Mirren in the League Cup on 23 July 2016, alongside fellow debutantes Massimo Donati and Jack Breslin (footballer), Jack Breslin. In the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield position whose primary role is to stop attacks during the game and prevent the opposition from scoring. Centre-backs are usually positioned in pairs, with one full-back on either side to their left and right, but can be played in threes with or without full-backs.
