Jordan Buckingham
Jordan Steven Dermott Buckingham is an Australian cricketer, who is a right-arm fast-medium bowler. He plays for South Australia cricket team in domestic cricket. He made his first-class debut for South Australia against New South Wales on 23 March 2022 during the 2021–22 Sheffield Shield season. In December 2022, Buckingham was selected to play for Cricket Australia XI against South Africa as part of the 2022 South African tour of Australia. In April 2023, Buckingham earned his maiden call-up to the Australia A cricket team for their first-class series against New Zealand. On 9 April 2023, in the second unofficial Test, he took his maiden five-wicket haul in first-class cricket. Bundoora is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, north-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the Cities of Banyule, Darebin and Whittlesea local government areas. The 2023–24 Marsh One-Day Cup is the 55th season of the official List A domestic cricket competition played in Australia. The tournament runs from 24 September 2023 to 25 February 2024. The Prime Minister's XI or PM's XI (formerly Australian Prime Minister's Invitation XI) is an invitational cricket team picked by the Prime Minister of Australia for an annual match held at the Manuka Oval in Canberra against an overseas touring team. Michael Gertges Neser (born 29 March 1990) is an Australian professional cricketer. In domestic cricket, he represents Queensland, and the Brisbane Heat in the Big Bash League, as well as Glamorgan in the County Championship, Royal London One-Day Cup and T20 Blast. In cricket, the toss is the flipping of a coin to determine which captain will have the right to choose whether their team will bat or field at the start of the match. Before play begins, the captain of each side will inspect the pitch. Based on the pitch and weather conditions, the captains select their final eleven players. If the pitch is soft or dusty, the captain will tend to select more spin bowlers; if the pitch is hard, the choice tends to favor fast bowlers at the expense of spinners.
