Jono Dean
Jonathon Robert Dean (born 23 June 1984 in Bathurst, New South Wales) is an Australian former cricketer and current head coach of the ACT Meteors. He was a right-handed batsman. Cricket career Early career Having been raised in his home town of Bathurst, Dean later lived in Sydney, where he played grade cricket for St George and represented the state of New South Wales at under-19 level. Despite this, he stopped playing cricket for several years before moving to Canberra when he was 23. In Canberra, after a chance meeting with ACT Comets player Adam Heading in a pub, he got back into cricket with Queanbeyan. In cricket, the boundary is the perimeter of a playing field. It is also the term given to a scoring shot where the ball is hit to, or beyond, that perimeter, which generally earns four or six runs for the batting team. Edge of the field The boundary is the edge of the playing field, or the physical object (often a rope) marking the edge of the field. In low-level matches, a series of plastic cones are sometimes used. Since the early 2000s, the boundaries at professional matches are often a series of padded cushions carrying sponsors' logos strung along a rope. Timm Van Der Gugten
Timm van der Gugten (born 25 February 1991) is an Australian–Dutch international cricketer who made his debut for the Dutch national team in January 2012. He was born in Australia, and has also played for several teams in Australian domestic cricket. Born in Sydney, van der Gugten made his first-class debut for New South Wales in November 2011. In cricket, a century is a score of 100 or more runs in a single innings by a batsman. The term is also included in "century partnership" which occurs when two batsmen add 100 runs to the team total when they are batting together. A century is regarded as a landmark score for batsmen and a player's number of centuries is generally recorded in their career statistics. Scoring a century is loosely equivalent in merit to a bowler taking a five-wicket haul, and is commonly referred to as a ton or hundred. 2014–15 Big Bash League Season
The 2014–15 Big Bash League season or BBL, 04 was the fourth season of the Big Bash League (BBL), the premier Twenty20 cricket competition in Australia. The fourth edition ran from 18 December 2014 to 28 January 2015. The league ran two weeks longer as compared to the previous season. The opening match of the 2014–15 Big Bash League was played between Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Stars on 18 December at the Adelaide Oval. The format of fourth season is same as previous season. Brad Hodge
Bradley John Hodge (born 29 December 1974) is an Australian cricket coach and former cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman who batted in the middle order, as well as a part-time right-arm off-spin bowler. The Hobart Hurricanes are an Australian professional men's T20 franchise cricket team based in Tasmania, Australia.
