Joni Anwar, also known as Joni Raptor (born August 30, 1981), is a Thai singer and actor. Early life and education Anwar was born in Bangkok, to an Indonesian father and a Scottish mother. He graduated from Bangkok Patana School in 2000, after which he went on to study business in South Hampton, New York in the United States. Career Anwar started his career making television commercials for Ovaltine, Bata, and Krissadanakorn before signing a record deal with RS Promotion. In 1994, Anwar began his musical career in the pop dance duo Raptor with Louis Scott. Joni Sternbach (born 1953) is an American photographer whose large-format camera images employ early photographic processes, including tintype and collodion. Using an 8×10 Deardorff large format camera, Sternbach focuses on in situ portraits of surfers. Sternbach's photographs are particularly notable for highlighting women surfers and surf culture, and for her ethnographic rather than action approach. Early life Sternbach was born in the Bronx, New York in 1953. She received her M.A. in photography from the International Center for Photography at NYU in 1987. Joni Pitkänen (born 19 September 1983) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey defenceman who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Philadelphia Flyers, Edmonton Oilers, and Carolina Hurricanes.
