Jonathan Tetteh Ofei
Jonathan Tetteh Offei was a Ghanaian lawyer and politician. He was a barrister-at-law and a solicitor, he served as a member of parliament during the second republic for the Dangbe-Shai constituency. Early life and education Jonathan was born on 16 March 1940 at Prampram in the Greater Accra Region. He had his early education at the Accra Royal Middle Boys' School from 1950 to 1954. He had his secondary education at Accra High School from 1955 to 1959 and St. Augustine's College from 1960 to 1961. He continued at the University of Ghana in 1963 for his tertiary education and earned his bachelor of laws degree (LLB) in 1967. Career and politics Jonathan was called to the bar on 29 September 1967. In August 1969, he run for the Dangbe-Shai seat on the ticket of the National Alliance of Liberals. Prampram
Prampram is a coastal town in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The town is located in the Ningo Prampram District. Prampram (Gbugbla), the capital of Ningo-Prampram, is 15 minutes' drive from the port city of Tema and 45 minutes from Accra, the national capital, and is an emerging center of industrial activities. George Adjei Osekre (born 1934) was a Ghanaian lawyer and politician. He was a barrister-at-law, a member of parliament for the Kpeshie constituency during the second republic and Ghana's ambassador to Egypt from 1980 to 1981. Gold Coast (British Colony)
The Gold Coast was a British Crown colony on the Gulf of Guinea in West Africa from 1821 until its independence in 1957 as Ghana.
