Jonathan Ruvalcaba
Jonathan Ruvalcaba (born 1 March 1991 in Mexico City) is a Mexican-born Dominican diver. He won a bronze medal representing Mexico during the 2015 Pan American Games and silver at the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games. He also went to the 2009, 2011 and 2015 World Aquatics Championships representing Mexico. In 2019, he chose to represent the Dominican Republic in international competitions. Personal life Ruvalcava is from Mexico City but trains, lives and represented León, Guanajuato before moving to the Dominican Republic. He confessed that he was inspired by Mexican diver and Olympic medalist Fernando Platas and his mother, who used to run marathons. His nicknamed Pato (Duck) and live and trains in León, Guanajuato with his coach Francisco Ruedas. He is married to a Dominican. 2009 World Aquatics Championships
The 2009 World Aquatics Championships ( it, Campionati mondiali di nuoto 2009) or the XIII FINA World Championships were held in Rome, Italy from 18 July to 2 August 2009. The 2009 Championships featured competition in all 5 aquatics disciplines: diving, swimming, open water swimming, synchronised swimming and water polo. Rommel Agmed Pacheco Marrufo (born 12 July 1986) is a Mexican diver. He was the gold medalist in the 10-meter platform at the 2003 Pan American Games. Marathon

Fernando Platas
Fernando Fabricio Platas Álvarez (born March 16, 1973, in Mexico City) is a Mexican diver. He began diving since he was a young boy. In 1990 he won in Germany two tests of 2 and 10 metres, and in that same year he won three gold medals in the Central American Games which took place in Mexico City. In 1992, he represented Mexico in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain and in 1993 he won a silver medal in the FINA Championships. Winner of the silver medal in the FINA Championships, for 1999 he won the gold medal in the 3 metre springboard. During the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia he won the silver medal in the 3 metre springboard.
