Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009
The Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009 was the sixth concert tour and third headlining tour by the Jonas Brothers. It began on May 18, 2009 in Lima, Peru and ended on December 13, 2009 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Jonas Brothers played on multiple continents around the world. Honor Society and Wonder Girls served as the opening acts, with Jordin Sparks as a special guest. The tour coincided with the release of their fourth studio album ''Lines, Vines and Trying Times'' which was released on June 16, 2009. Jonas Brothers
The Jonas Brothers () are an American pop rock band. Formed in 2005, they gained popularity from their appearances on the Disney Channel television network. They consist of three brothers: Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas. Raised in Wyckoff, New Jersey, the Jonas Brothers moved to Little Falls, New Jersey, in 2005, where they wrote their first record that made its Hollywood Records release. A theatre in the round, arena theatre or central staging is a space for theatre in which the audience surrounds the stage. Theatre-in-the-round was common in ancient theatre, particularly that of Greece and Rome, but was not widely explored again until the latter half of the 20th century. The Glenn Hughes Penthouse Theatre in Seattle, Washington was the first theatre-in-the-round venue built in the United States. Everlife was an American pop rock band made up of three sisters, Amber, Sarah, and Julia Ross who formed in early 2001. History Everlife originated in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The band was formed in the winter of 1997 with Sarah on the drums, Amber on the guitar, and Julia on keyboard. The Dolly Rockers were an English girl group from London, Manchester and Leeds. The group's final line-up consisted of Lucie Kay, Sophie King and Brooke Challinor. Girls Can't Catch were a British girl group. Their debut single, " Keep Your Head Up", entered the UK Singles Chart at number 26. Their second single, "Echo", was released on 18 January 2010, debuting at number 19 on the chart. The band were dropped by their record company, Polydor Records, on 12 July 2010. They disbanded a day later. History The girls were scouted by their label, Polydor, and then were asked to be in a new girl band.
