Jon Kilik
Jon Kilik is an American film producer. He has worked with a number of filmmakers including Spike Lee, Julian Schnabel, Gary Ross, Alejandro González Iñárritu, Jim Jarmusch, Robert Altman and Oliver Stone. He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture for producing the film '' Babel'' (2006). He was also nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Film for producing ''Babel''. Shelton Jackson "Spike" Lee (born March 20, 1957) is an American film director, producer, screenwriter, and actor. His production company, 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks, has produced more than 35 films since 1983. He made his directorial debut with ''She's Gotta Have It'' (1986). ''Before Night Falls'' is a 2000 American biographical drama directed by Julian Schnabel. The film is based on both the autobiography of the same name by Reinaldo Arenas—published in English in 1993—as well as Jana Boková's 1990 documentary ''Havana''. ''Crooklyn'' is a 1994 American semi-autobiographical film produced and directed by Spike Lee and co-written with his sister Joie and brother Cinqué.
