Jon Harnett (born May 28, 1988 in Orangeville, Ontario) is a former professional indoor lacrosse defenceman who played for the Calgary Roughnecks, Boston Blazers, Vancouver Stealth and Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League. The Boston Blazers were an indoor lacrosse team in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). The Blazers were based in Boston, Massachusetts, and began play in the 2009 NLL season. The team was owned by Tim Armstrong, the former President of Advertising and Commerce for Google. who is currently CEO of AOL. Greg Harnett (born June 30, 1990 in Toronto, Ontario) is a professional indoor lacrosse defenceman who plays for the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League. The National Lacrosse League entry draft is an annual event where the general managers of National Lacrosse League teams choose eligible players for their rosters from US college programs and Canada's junior lacrosse system. Buffalo Bandits
The Buffalo Bandits are a professional box lacrosse team in the East Division of the National Lacrosse League (NLL). They play at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The Bandits played in the Major Indoor Lacrosse League from 1992 to 1997, then in its successor the NLL since 1998. The Bandits are owned by Hockey Western New York LLC, a division of Pegula Sports and Entertainment led by Terry Pegula who also owns the Buffalo Sabres and the Buffalo Bills.
