Jon Anderson (wrestler)
Jon Anderson (born September 5, 1984) is an American Greco-Roman wrestler, who won a gold medal in the 85 kg division at the 2015 Pan American Games. Anderson was born to Greg and Rhonda Anderson. He has two sisters, Jennifer and Madison. He is married to Molly and has two sons, MacArthur and Theodore. The Pan American Games (also known colloquially as the Pan Am Games) is a continental multi-sport event in the Americas featuring summer sports, in which thousands of athletes participate in a variety of competitions. Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ; pt, jiu-jitsu brasileiro ) is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting (ne-waza) and submission holds. BJJ focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds.
