Johnathan Sullivan
Johnathan Lamar Sullivan (born January 21, 1981) is a former American football defensive tackle who played in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Georgia and was drafted sixth overall by the New Orleans Saints in the 2003 NFL Draft. In the 2004 pre-season, Sullivan reported to training camp out of shape, at nearly 350 pounds, and lost his starting job. Sullivan was inactive for the final eight games of the 2004 season due to a combination of poor play, bad attitude and lackluster work ethic. When Sullivan was inactive for a game against the Atlanta Falcons, he appeared in the press box for the pre-game meal. In the 2005 pre-season, Saints general manager Mickey Loomis pulled Sullivan out of a team meeting to tell him to improve his diet and behavior. Defensive Tackle
A defensive tackle (DT) is a position in American football that will typically line up on the line of scrimmage, opposite one of the offensive guards, however he may also line up opposite one of the tackles. Defensive tackles are typically the largest and strongest of the defensive players. Depending on a team's individual defensive scheme, a defensive tackle may be called upon to fill several different roles. These roles may include merely holding the point of attack by refusing to be moved, or penetrating a certain gap between offensive linemen to break up a play in the opponent's backfield. If a defensive tackle reads a pass play, his primary responsibility is to pursue the quarterback, or simply knock the pass down at the line if it is within arm's reach. Mickey Loomis
Mickey Loomis is the executive vice president and General manager of the NFL's New Orleans Saints. He was named NFL executive of the year for 2006. From 2012-2019, he was also head of basketball operations for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association. Loomis grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and graduated from Willamette High School in 1974, then attended Northwest Christian University in Eugene, where he played basketball. He earned his degree in accounting from the University of Oregon and a master's degree in sports administration from Wichita State University. Before coming to the Saints, Loomis spent 15 years in the Seattle Seahawks organization. Loomis joined the Saints in 2000 and became general manager in 2002. Bethel Johnson
Bethel Johnson (born February 11, 1979) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the New England Patriots in the second round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football for Texas A&M Aggies. Johnson earned two Super Bowl rings with the Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVIII and Super Bowl XXXIX.
