John Westbergh
John Westbergh (August 6, 1915 – November 12, 2002) was a Swedish nordic skier who competed in the 1930s. In the military patrol event at the 1936 Summer Olympics he won the bronze medal with his Swedish team. He won two silver medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, in 1938 (nordic combined) and in 1939 (cross-country skiing 4 × 10 km relay). Holmenkollen Ski Festival Winners
Holmenkollen () is a mountain and a neighbourhood in the Vestre Aker borough of Oslo, Norway. It goes up to above sea level and is well-known for its international skiing competitions. Overview In addition to being a residential area, the area has been a ski recreation area since the late 19th century, with its famous ski jumping hill, the Holmenkollbakken, hosting competitions since 1892. To the north, the area borders to the woodlands area Marka. The Holmenkoll Line of the Oslo Metro runs through the neighborhood, serving the stations Besserud and Holmenkollen.
