John T. Georgopoulos
John Tilemachos Georgopoulos is a fantasy sports writer, radio host and computer/data scientist of Greek ancestry, whose work involving fantasy football analytics has been prominent in the fantasy industry since 1994. Education and early career Georgopoulos graduated from the Bronx High School of Science in 1982, where he was classmates with Terence Tolbert, the late political operative for Barack Obama and Christopher "Kid" Reid, the rap musician and actor. A fantasy sport (also known less commonly as rotisserie or roto) is a game, often played using the Internet, where participants assemble imaginary or virtual teams composed of proxies of real players of a professional sport. Tolbert (1964 – November 2, 2008) was an American political operative who was the Nevada state director for Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign and an aide to Joel Klein, the New York City School Chancellor.
